hi i am b bhowmik. i have no taste of any kind of food and no sense of smell for 30 days.before 30 days i am suffering from cough and cold. i go to a doctor. he give me antibiotic, anti-alergic tablets and cough syrup. but after that my tongue is totally out of taste. my e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY

Hi dear.There is a temporary reversable loss of taste sensation which is very much apparent in upper respiratory tract infection which is due to medication.Smell cannot be appreciated due to blockade of the nostrils and mucositis.Complete the course of antibiotic course and this will automatically restore to normal.Hope this answers your query.
