What Causes Swollen Testicle And Scrotum After Intravenous Treatment For Sodium Chloride?

I was hospitalized for acute pancreitus and low potassium. After 2days of potassium and sodium chloride thru IV my right testical started swelling. By the 3rd day both testical and scrotum were swollen to the size of a large grapefruit and the forskin of my penis became very swollen. Any reason why and what do I need to do to treat this. The swelling in your scrotum and the prepuce must be due to oedema caused by acute pancreatitis and electrolyte imbalance...it has nothing to do with the sodium chloride injection which was given to probably correct the electrolyte imbalance
