Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks that you may have either infected cyst or fistula in ano.I shall advice you to consult to your surgeon or proctologist.

At present you may have an anti inflammatory agent like acetaminoiphen &a broad spectrum antibiotic on prescription of your doctor. You may apply a broad spectrum antibiotic preparation like neosporin H locally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari
