Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
With all probabilities, you have got a urinary tract infection with spread of the infection to the testicles. If I were your doctor, I would go for a urine routine, micrscopic and culture sensitivity test and depending on the report, I would prescribe an antibiotic, which you might have to consume at least for 10-14 days for eradication of the infection. Apart from this, I would advise you a HbsAg and HIV test as a routine. If you are sexually active with multiple partners, then I would advise you to avoid it till you are cured, and then take appropriate precautions for the same.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
