What Causes Swollen Right Foot After Taking Lupron Shot For Prostate Cancer?

I have prostate cancer and I am taking Lupron injections. I have had my 3rd shot.I am now having a problem with my right leg swelling from foot to top does not hurt and I was given an ultra sound to rule out a blood clot. What do you think is causing this and what do I need to do.

this can be due to lymph node compressing on your major veins if not blood clots. so just keep taking treatment. it will settle down
