What Causes Swollen Right Arm And Fluid Retention In The Right Lung?
Hi, my friend had been having swelling of his right leg, arm and hand as well as having fluid in his right lung. Since the other day he said he was having cough and colds as well as having cold sweats. He is diabetic and has history of stroke last year in August. He is always having these problems. What could he be having?
