Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your query white patches at the back of mouth along with swollen nasal passages and earache can be due to causes like bacterial or viral throat infection leading to Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis..
It can also be due to Sinus infection or Sinusitis..
Another cause can be respiratory tract infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an ENT Expert and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral and throat swab culture, Immunoglobulin G [IgG] test, and x ray of sinuses to rule out the cause of infection and treatment will be done accordingly..
You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..

Hope this helps..
