Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain all the symptoms you explained like swollen lymph nodes, spots on tongue and lips, sensitive mouth, dry mouth and lips are all suggestive of fungal infection known as Thrush or Candidiasis while cheek pain, and lymph node enlargement can be seen in case of Pericoronitis if you have an erupting or impacted wisdom tooth and the gum flap over it is inflammed due to bacterial infection or bitten by opposite jaw tooth..

As per your explanation these both conditions seems to be happening with you causing you discomfort..

Due to dry mouth Sandy feeling is evident..

I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case if Thrush is diagnosed antifungal drugs like Fluconazolr, itraconazole, nystatin mouth washes and antifungal lozenges can relieve..

Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration ..
Avoid hot and spicy food..
Do salt water rinses..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene..

For Pericoronitis antibiotics and painkillers and removal of irritated gum flap and warm saline gargles can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
