What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck While Suffering From Cold?
I have had a cold for about a week now. Saturday morning I woke up and my neck was puffy from my very swollen lymph nodes. I do not have a fever or sore throat. My throat is the only place i have swollen lymph nodes. What can I do to get them back to normal?

It is the secondary immune response of the body to control the infective organisms in the vicinity of the nearby drainage areas of the lymph nodes.
The basic control of infection is mandatory to expect the lymph node resolution after 2-3 weeks of acute infection phase.
