General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having impacted ear wax causing fullness in the ear, recurrent minor infection giving rise enlarged post auricular lymph nodes.
Consult ENT specialist and get examined.
Put wax dissolving ear drops like D-wax or Waxolve for few days and then remove wax with cotton buds.
Ok and take care.
