General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Swollen lymoh nodes as described in your case may be caused by any infection in your body, including respiratory or urinary infctions. Also, this may be reactive lymph node due to foliculitis in groin area or legs. Since you have digestion symptoms then it may indicate enterocolitiis or inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohns and beside CT scan, you should also do colonoscopy and have stool analysis for parasitic and bacterial infections. I also suggest treatment with antibiotic, best amoxicilin for 20 days if fever persist above 100 F.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
