What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Upper Neck And Night Sweats?
Hi, I went to a school nurse because I have a swollen lymph node in the upper part of my neck.. I m concerned about it because the bump has been there since I got a concussion 2 years ago but never caused me pain until now. There was also no CT scan when I got my concussion. Lastly, the nurse gave me ibuprofen and it seemed to make me worse. I have bad night sweats and I am sensitive to strong light and sound. What should I do? Also, should I keep taking the ibuprofen?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I cancluded that you are worried about swollen lymph nodes in the neck. You are linking these to your old concussion injury. I want to clarify that these are unlikely to be due to old injury. It will be best approach to get these lymph nodes biopsy so that clear diagnosis is achieved.
