What Causes Swollen Lymph Node Along With Pain In Joints And Jaw?

I started out with a swollen gland under my chin on the right side which turned into a lump. Than joint pain moving around my body: hands/fingers, shoulders/neck, knees/ankles/feet. My jaw hurts constantly, my cheeks, tongue and throat swell up. I had a CT scan and nothing was found. I have seen my doctor for the last three weeks and things are not getting any better. ????
