Therefore, I would suggest you to visit a general surgeon at the earliest in your area, who after a general physical examination with special attention to the lump might go for some investigations, like routine blood tests (CBC, ESR, Blood sugar), an X ray chest if need be, an ultrasound abdomen, and an FNAC of the lump if considered necessary. Further management would depend on the results of examination and investigations.
