What Causes Swollen Glands On The Left Side Of The Jaw While Treating Vertigo?
Hello, my mom has had vertigo and chills and now the vertigo has been getting better slowly and the chills are gone but she has swollen glands on one side of her jaw area on the same side that her ear is bothering her. We were thinking labirinthitis but what about the swollen glands?
Jaw lymph nodes are usually enlarged due to local infection. These nodal swellings usually take time to resolve completely even after clearance of infection. Advice 1. Hot fomentation with slight warm water every 6 hours 2. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral daily for 5 days 3. Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral after meal if pain occurs I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question Thanks
