Hello,
Everything points towards heart as a cause. Did you have had a heart attack anytime in the past? This swelling may be due to norvasc, but trigeminy needs to be evaluated.
Next thing, you should get ecg, echo and liver and renal function tests.
In treatment, norvasc should be stopped and replaced by metoprolol xr 25 mg once a day, which will take care of both things and rest to be continued. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
