Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like you are getting recurring episodes of allergic reaction to any food or medicine or any other common irritants like pollen, animal danders, sea foods etc and whenever you are exposed to the allergen there are symptoms of swelling and itchy bump..
You can take anti-allergic medicine like Fexofenadine [allegra] or benadryl to relieve the allergy symptoms and also do cold compresses over the lips..
You can apply steroid ointment over the itchy bump to relieve itching..
In case if you keep on getting recurring episodes f the same then consult an allergist and a thorough clinical evaluation and allergic testing investigations like RAST Test, patch test and food challenge test etc can be advised to you depending upon the suspected cause so that exact irritant can be ruled out..
You will be advised to prevent exposure to the allergen so that the allergic attack does not occur..
If still there are recurrent exposures an Immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce the severity of allergic symptoms..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
