in diabetes and heart failure swelling of leg will take place.less venous return will cause the swelling. in diabetes peripheral neuritis and lack of veinous return will cause such problem. black mark may be due to deep vein thrombosis in uncontrolled diabetes fracture of bone is quite possible. healing process in diabetes is delayed. propermanagment of dibetes and heart failure is essential.in both the cases perpheral veinous return will be effected.
