General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection. But better to rule out STDs as you had unprotected sexual intercourse. Swab should be taken to rule out this. For bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection i would suggest using combination of clotrimazole and clindamycin as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Using intimate wash daily will be helpful to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
