What Causes Swollen And Painful Bumps On The Back Of Head?

I know you have two bumps on each side of the back of your head by your neck. On my right side alittle bit beside the ear the normal raised area is swollen and hurts when you touch it. I have a few small sores on my head from irritation on the skin. I have had a severe headache all day above my eyes. Should I go to the urgent care? I also started yesterday slow zone fitness which is 20 minutes of muscle strenthening.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such swelling behind the ear could be lymph node and some time this could be due to some infection, sinusitis could be the possible reason for this, and this can be best managed with "Tab Azithromycin 500 mg" once in day for three days, and Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
