Hi I am Billy my wife just recently noticed about 3 months ago that her upper lip,bridge of nose and temple has been getting hard,swollen and num feeling out of nowhere and then disapears in 3 or 4 hours later but this same event happens exactly the same way every 7 to10 days

Such a condition is called Angioneurotic edema like a fixed drug reaction (FDR) to some of the internal or external allergens. Get her investigated and keep on the course of an antihistamine, oral steroid in tapering doses under the guidance and prescription of your Doctor.
