What Causes Swelling,redness In Vagina At 9 Months Old Baby?
My grand daughter is 9 mos old and when I went to change her diaper I noticed her vagina was swollen and very red. What could have caused this? She seems to be in pain and thought at first she maybe had gas pains but not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

It could be an inflammation or diaper rash. As of now clean with soap and water and apply “rashfree” ointment. If symptoms persist better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
