What Causes Swelling Under The Knees And Calves Long After Having Fibromyalgia?

Hello, I m female 64 yrs old. I have been diagnosed 10yrs ago with fibromyalsia after 2 cervical fusions. So, we moved 2 yrs ago from Colorado and I really haven t seen a doctor except for a sinus infection in the winter. Now I have swelling under my knees but above the calves in both legs. I m worried it s arthritis because my fingers ache off on too. Should I elevate my legs?
