General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The extreme pain with swelling both breasts indicate fibroadenosis changes from hormone imbalance , estrogen deficiency or others. In my clinic, I do recommend:
- Plenty of liquids to maintain hydration
- Evening prime rose oil for local use
- Supplements of vitamin E
- Anti-inflammatory and analgesic tablets

After a trial therapy of a week or so for above measures if needed I recommend hormone evaluations with or without ultrasound of the breast soft tissue for further management.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
