What Causes Swelling On The Ulnar Nerve?
i believe my ulnar nerve is swollen as it is puffy and just touching the elbow area causes great pain, i dont know whether a fall off a ladder a month ago had anything to do with it or not as it just started to hurt 3 or 4 days ago, i have an ice pack on the area now

This isn't an ulnar nerve swelling problem but it does sound like bursitis
Ice and ibuprofen is fine but if it continues to bother you for more than two more days you need to have a doctor take a look since you may need a cortisone injection
