General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Smoking crack cocaine is not healthy for your body. It will cause various organic side effects but will also affect your personal and familiar life. So, think it over to stop using it. If cannot manage by yourself, ask for help from your family, friends or medical team.

The swollen feet could have been caused by any local damage (infection most probably) or accidental trauma especially if you get unconscious when drinking or smoking illicit drugs.

Please send a photo to me for further evaluation.
If cannot, apply cold compresses locally. Keep good local hygiene, wash with warm water and antibacterial soap.

If no improvement, should consult your physician further as close physical examination is required and prescription meds might be needed.

Wish fast recovery.
