What Causes Swelling On The Bottom Lip After Taking Tylenol?

My 10 year old daughter had a fever, I gave children s chewable Tylenol (2.5 tablets) as per bottle. I noticed her bottom lip was swollen, she also said she hands felt like they had bumps when she made fists. I suspect she s having an allergic reaction. I have her Benadryl.

Hi
Thanks for trusting HealthCare magic for your health problems.

If you gave 2.5 tablets of 500mg strength Tylenol, then it's overdose you gave to your daughter. Usually 150-200 mg will be effective at this age.
If these symptoms of swollen lips and hand started suddenly, I think you should consult pediatrician as soon as possible. It might be allergic reaction for that proper treatment is required.
