What Causes Swelling On Ear Lobe?

The top of my ear lobe(cartilage area) is swollen feels like a puss pocket & maybe full of puss tried squeezing it and nothing is coming out of course it s very sore it feels as if it has fever it s causing me to have a headache any ideas what this could be& ways to maybe pop it to release the pressure

Hi,

with above presentation from your question, it seems like you have got infection of the external ear. with the above complaints if i am treating the patient i would have given a course of antibiotic for 5 days, with some painkillers. then follow up after five days to see whether swelling has come down

so please consult neraby physicain and get it managed
