What Causes Swelling Of Nostrils?
Hi, I am have hardly ever tried cocaine. Only a few times but every time I do my nostril swells up and blocks for at least 4 days. I am not addicted and only do it on the odd occasion when I want to. Last night I snorted some and my nostril has swollen again. I was wondering what is the problem? Should I go the doctors?

hello, thanks for your query , chronic snorting can cause nasal septum perforation.redness , swelling, pain and some form of nasal block occurs due to cocaine snorting. u need to stop. u can take naso clear( saline) nasal drops and antibiotic course after consulting an Ent surgeon. all the best. take care.

Yes. stop taking cocaine. it could be an allergic reaction to it or can be an infection. if it is an allergy you need to take a steroid nasal spray ( azeflo 1 puff daily )and a tab of montelukast and levocetrizine ( montek lc) before bed.
