helo thanks for consulting at hcm..chronic lymphadenopathy could be due to variety of reasons, hence get an fnac and other investigation like u/s,..kindly consult ur general physician or ent specialist for acheck up and treatment,since u r very worried, u shd go for these test,,hope it helps,,tc
