General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to tendonitis which is an inflammation of the tendon in the finger.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
I recommend using a splint to maintain the finger immobilized.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
