What Causes Swelling Inside The Ears?

I'm 16 years old, and I stretched my ears 2days ago, but i'm not sure if they're infected.
they're a little swollen and inside the hole looks like "cat butt" as some people call it because there is some skin that don't make it a perfect circle. they bled a little... Are my earholes infected?

Hello!
According to your problems and anamnesis it seems most probably as an infection of the ear canal. Such Infections are by healthy people not a serious illness but for diabetics can be a real problem.
If you are not a diabetic or don't have an lower immun system you don't even need an antibiotic.
The therapy in this case is to suck out the ear canal and a desinfektion with glycerol alcohol strip inside the canal. It should be changed every 1-2 Days. In addition you can put this drops inside your ear canals 3 times/day. In the first 2 minutes its going to burn but it normalizes again.
Against the swallowing it can be combined with cortisone drops, and antibiotic creme but don't have to.
Its very important to have a good analgesic Ibuprofen/ Paracetamol. Within 3-5 days you should have regress of the swallowing and pain.
I wish you good health
