What Causes Swelling In The Vagina After Surgical Abortion?

I had got an abortion, the surgical and 7 days after I had sex it s going on 11 days now & I don t know if this has anything to do with it, But my labia majors & my labia minora are swollen, red and irritated . I don t know if it s from the pads that I bought and it is irritating me or do I have an infection . I need help !

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You can be having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. It can be due to the irritation by pad also. But you need to rule out infection. Hope it helps.
