What Causes Swelling In The Leg When Suffering From Varicose Veins?
I have vericlose viens left leg ,shin area from knee to the foot and ankle swelled leg is apparent (compared to right leg ) that s down to ankle ...even business socks leaves an very noticeable indentation above the ankle- as if there was a tight band around it, am going in for ultrasound asap.....worried about any of a phlebitis situation

If varicose vein is dilated more,stagnant of venous blood may cause swelling of legs and feet. Diffuse through vein. Dependent edema.
