What Causes Swelling In The Left Armpit Region?
I have swelling in left underarm Had a 3D mammogram and ultrasound and no abnormalities noted. Does this mean I do not have cancer of lymph nodes or are other tests required? I do lift patients at work. Could this have caused injury and swelling of armpit area?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
This is like any swelling can be cancer same is the case with lymph node, every swollen lymph node is not cancer.
Yes most of cancer lesion can be detected but USG or me monograph.
If your swelling makes you stressful you can go for FNAC that is the ultimate test before surgery.
