What Causes Swelling In The Foot And Face With Breathing Problems?

hi I have sarcoid and am on steroids 6 5mg a day, and my blood pressure is 186 over 117, my face is swollen foot swollen and have breathing problems. do you thinks its the sarcoid or the steroids are responsible for my pressure being so high.....thanks

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your blood pressure is very high. It can lead to swollen face. You may have some congestive cardiac problems that leads to breathing problems. You should go for x ray chest, ecg and renal function test. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
