What Causes Swelling In The Feet After COPD Exacerbation?

I ve recently (2 weeks ago) had a COPD exacerbation, for which my doctor gave me another inhaler (Breo), to go along with my Spiriva and Proventil (90 mcg). Today I see that my feet are swollen. Do I need to do anything immediately, or just report this to my doctor next week?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to COPD. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like renal dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
