General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
There is no other treatment that can be done at ome. This is obviously abscess and cellulitis which is inflammation of subcutaneous tissues and may develop into serious issue if left untreated.
So you need to see surgeon and have intravenous antibiotics as soon as possible, if there is blockage of vessels then it can be treated properly by medications or by surgical and radiological procedures.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
