What Causes Swelling In The Arm After Plasma Donation?
It has been a week since i donated plasma. During that donation it started to hurt once my blood was being returned. My arm started to swell. They ended up taking the needle out and put it in the other arm to return my blood, which i passed out before they were able to. When i woke up they were able to return my blood and sent me home. For a week now I have had a lump under the skin on my arm near the site were the needle was. I put ice on it for two days then put heat on it for a day. the lump is still there and sometimes my hand starts to tingle and my arm just doesn t feel right. Has it been long enough to heal? And what is it?
