What Causes Swelling In Scrotum?

Hello doctor one of my scrotal has swelled, when got scan they said 75% testicle affected and blood clotted, They suggestion to completely remove that testicle. I am feeling very uncomfortable with size in carrying and dressing. The size is of my full hand. Ok if i agree and go for removing my testicle, then any problem in future, how much it costs, how many days should i have to take rest.

This looks to be a serious issue!
Noted your history of swelling of one side of the scrotum and the scan showed 75% of one testicle has a blood clot.
I think this may be in fact be a cancer of the testis as you have not given any history of trauma.
You have to undergo further tests such as Ultrasonography/CT scan of the whole abdomen and chest to see if there are lymph nodes that are involved or not.
Yes, you need the surgery and go for it ASAP for two reasons.
The first is that you get rid off the diseased part of the body.
And secondly, your get histopathological diagnosis, the only certain.
Do not worry about it the size of the wound or the scar. Life is more important.
