What Causes Swelling In My Forearm?

Hi I am experiencing swelling in my forearm, but what I am really more worried about is that the swelling has been happening for about 4 days now and it is moving to different areas of my arm. I don't feel any pain, just discomfort, but the areas that started to swell are warm, red, and firm to the touch. Now I am noticing it on my other arm and I don't know what to do, I am not in pain but I am concerned that this may develop into a serious problem.
