Hi.. Can understand your concern.. As per your complain MDMA or molly is a Psychoactive drug and it gives an Euphoric, and empathic feeling and the feeling of peacefulness.. The first thing which I would like to tell you is that this drug should not be taken as long term use can lead to addiction and can have adverse effects on the body.. In case if you have bitten your lips so hard that they got traumatized and swollen then it is further harmful for you to avoid this drug as at some time it can lead to serious self inflicted injury.. You should keep doing ice packs.. For pain relief you can take Advil for relief from inflammation and pain.. In case of open lacerations or wounds you can apply antiseptic cream like Neosporin or Soframycin over the wound.. If there is redness and burning Hydrocortisone cream can be applied.. Avoid hot and spicy food as it can cause irritation.. Try to keep the lips clean and free of infection.. To prevent infection in case of open wounds a short course of antibiotics can be taken..
