Hello, From the report of blood and urine all tests are within normal limits. Heart condition cannot be said by these values. However you can check for blood pressure and if it is within normal limits, the swollen leg could be due to long standing, impeding the flow of blood leading on to edema.
Keep two pillow and elevate the lower limbs above the level of heart for edema to reduce. While standing, ask him to keep moving the limbs especially at the ankle level. If it does not further subside Tab. Frusemide 20 mg once a day in morning can be taken (Check blood pressure before starting tablets). Do not take at night as it can disturb night sleep due to excessive micturation.
Nutritional improvement should also be done, as low protein diet can lead to swelling of lower limbs or abdomen.
Hope I have answered your query. I you have any further queries, happy to help.
