What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles During At Night?

Yesterday, both of my feet and ankles have become very swollen, red, and throbbing. I am also currently having dizziness that is not going away for about the past hour. I do not have high bp, and have never experienced this before without the swelling going down after a night of sleep.

Hello,

Swelling, redness and throbbing of feet and ankles suggest infection most probably bacterial infection. I suggest you to consult your orthopedist for clinical assessment, investigations like X-ray of ankle joint for diagnosis and thus management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
