General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

I share your concerns as you haven't got relief in spite of intravenous antibiotics and struggling for two months. In my opinion you have got polyps in your sinuses. Chronic infections can lead to polyp formation .Pulsating pain may be because of these polyps. Swelling in face is also indicative of polyps. You need to visit an ENT surgeon for examination. You may require to under go x ray, endoscopy of nose and sinuses, blood work up etc. You may require surgery for these polyps.

There is possibility of chronic sinusitis too in your case. This will require a l8ng course of antibiotics and decongestants.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to us for more queries. I wish you good health and permanent recovery. Kindly rate this reply. Thanks
