Hi, I am finding that my calves and ankles are swelling slightly during the day so I can no longer see the bones on the top of my feet. At the same time my left leg is becoming achy and numb in this area. I elevate my left leg under my desk at work and do ankle exercises on both every so often but it isn t really making a difference. What does make a difference is when I have done calf raising exercises at the gym in the morning. Also both my legs are cold from below the knee. Any advise would be most helpful.
