I recently stretched my ears and I suppose I stretched to fast and they basically exploded both lobes are now swollen my left a little more then the right but my lymphnodes on my left side are swollen and hurt also there is a bump on my neck I suppose another lymphnode but it s swollen as well and hurts.
Hi,looking at your symptoms you might be suffering from Otitis Externa in both the ears.It is inflammation of the skin of the outer ear canal. In more severe cases,it may lead to the swelling of the skin along with lymphnode enlargement in the neck as happened in your left ear.It is generally caused by scratching of the skin of outer ear canal during self cleaning of ear.
Avoid to clean your ear by self. Also avoid water going inside ear during taking bath.
You should take oral antibiotics (like Cefadroxyl),Analgesic (like Ibuprofen),Antacid (like Rantac),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine) and a topical antibiotic ointment (like Soframycin)to be applied over skin of both the outer ear canal.
After taking the above measures,if still your symptoms don't reduce, it is advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist Doctor.
Hope this answers your question.Take care.
