What Causes Swelling Around The Penis With Foul Smell After Circumcision?

Hi Dr I have a baby which is six months just recently had him circumcised on 05/08/2016. For the past two days I have been bathing him in warm water with 3 drops of dettol every day and then apply the ointment.... Today I opened up his diapper realising a very strong sense smell. A rotten sort of dead meat scent he has also swelling around the top of the penis... I ve been advised to apply olive oil after cleaning but my baby is also allergic to olive oil....What is causing this? And what should I do? I am so worried do not know what to do ? Please could you give me some Advise......

show it to doctor who have done cercum scison. if there is infection it requires dailyndressing and some recomanded medicine can be given. keep it clean and dry.
