What Causes Swelling Around The Hole On The Crus Of Helix?
Hi, I have gotten a little hole on the crus of helix (not piercing hole) just a hole I ve had for my life,( I m 12) and recently noticed that the area swelling & today I put on a ice pack and the swelling went down but came, back up and it has been hurting and I don t know why it has been doing this so could you tell me what to do and why this is happening ?

If there was a hole there on crus of helix, so because of the contamination chances of infection may be there, keep the area clean better to ruled out the possibility of infection and in my advise better have a surgical opinion, to close the defect, take care.
