What Causes Swelling Around The Cheekbone?

My cheekbone area, zygomatic , is swollen on the cheek it seems larger then the other side , my gum/jaw is swollen at the very back end of my mouth(upper jaw) , its been months since I removed my wisdom tooth , the problem started a few years ago,I ve been to facial surgeons most of them said it s just tissue swelling, but I think there s a bigger problem since there s discomfort on one side of my face

It looks like you have developed Cellulitis..
If the gum at the very back is also swollen then there is a high possibility that the wisdom tooth is not completely removed and some portion is still remaining that is causing swelling and possibly pain..
So my advise to you is to consult an Oral surgeon and get an x ray of the area done as swelling never happens without any specific underlying cause.
For now you should take a combination of anti inflammatory painkiller like Brufen along with Serratiopeptidases and do cool compresses over the cheek.
Do warm saline gargles..
